On Saturday, September 28th at Staples Center in Los Angeles, former three-division title holder Robert Guerrero (35-6-1) will take on Jerry Thomas in a welterweight attraction that highlights FS1 PBC Fight Night Prelims preceding the pay-per-view and beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT. Guerrero lost three straight in 2016-2017, but has won two straight lower-level fights since returning from an 18-month hiatus. Thomas is 14-1-1 with his only loss coming against Danny O'Connor in 2016. Here is what Guerreo had ro say about this latest stop on his comeback trail:
