IBF ORDERS CLOTTEY-CINTRON

IBF welterweight champion Joshua Clottey will defend his title against former champion Kermit Cintron. The IBF has formally ordered both camps to negotiate the terms of the bout.  A purse bid will be held if both sides are unable to reach an agreement. Remember where you heard it first!
