LATE RESULT: SALVADOR SANCHEZ WINS AGAIN
By G. Leon

Salvador Sanchez  KO4 Benito Abraham... Featherweight Salvador Sanchez (13-3) appears to be making strides towards following in the footsteps of his legendary uncle of the same name. Sanchez showed poise and patience in defeating Benito Abraham (9-16-4). Sanchez ended matters with a left hook that left Abraham out for the count in the fourth round last Friday in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Sanchez has shown improvement since moving to Las Vegas and training under the watchful eye of veteran trainer of champions Jimmy Montoya. His manager Elvis Grant Phillips has several offers from promoters who want Sanchez on their card as he is a proven ticket seller and the the kid looks so much like his uncle that many get "chills" when they see him! Rumor has it Sanchez will appear on the Klitschko-Arreola undercard in Los Angeles September 26.
