Mijares, who has held WBC and IBF world titles at 115 pounds, prevailed in this 122-pound bout by three scores of 97-92. He improves to 46-6-2 while Osejo drops to 21-11-2.

Roberto Ortiz KO5 Abraham Gomez ... Junior welterweight Roberto Ortiz knocked out Abraham Gomez halfway through the fifth round.
