GOLDEN BOY ANNOUNCES THIRD MATCH-UP FOR SHOWTIME QUADRUPLE HEADER

Press Release: Golden Boy Promotion's September 15th quadruple header at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, now has three of its four fights announced publicly. Marcos Maidana, a former WBA 140-pound titlist, continues his campaign at 147 pounds in an action-packed showdown against Mexico's Jesus Soto Karass. This twelve rounder is the third fight announced for the Showtime-televised event, with the fourth fight scheduled  to be announced in the near future. The show will be headlined by Saul Alvarez defending his WBC 154-pound title against Josesito Lopez. Also scheduled is WBC 126-pound champion Jhonny Gonzalez defending his crown against ex-WBO 122-pound titlist Daniel Ponce De Leon.
