FROCH: "AT 35 I FEEL LIKE I'M AT MY PEAK"

Press Release: Carl Froch warned Yusaf Mack that he will be in for a rough night in Nottingham, England when he challenges "The Cobra" for the IBF super middleweight title on November 17th.

In the United States, the bout will be distributed by Integrated Sports Media for live viewing at 3:00 PM/ET - 12:00 PM/PT on both cable and satellite pay-per-view. It will also be available to view via Fight Now TV on Cablevision channel 464 as part of the iO Gold package. Froch welcomed the American light heavyweight champion into his fortress at the Capital FM Arena for Froch's ninth consecutive World title fight.

Five months ago in the same arena where the press conference was held, Froch ripped the IBF title from unbeaten Lucian Bute with a fifth-round stoppage. Froch has vowed to put thoughts of a rematch with the Canadian and a future bout with old foe Mikkel Kessler to one side as he prepares for his 15th contest in the Arena against the Philadelphian.

"After beating Lucian I feel like I'm back on top of the world," said Froch. "I'm in great shape. I'm running faster than ever. I am breaking records in training and I'm surprising myself, so at 35 I feel like I'm at my peak and that there's plenty more to come.

"People have been asking me when I plan to hang the gloves up - a year, 18 months - I'm not going to out a time frame on it, as long as I have the desire to keep getting up and doing the hard training which I have, then I'm still going to be going.

"He's coming over to the lion's den and there's only going to be one winner - I'll do whatever I can to put Yusaf Mack on his back."

Mack fights for a world title for the second time in his career having lost to Tavoris Cloud for the light heavyweight crown last June and promises to give everything on November 17th.

"I'm here to give a champion the fight of his life," said Mack. "Come fight night, its going down. I'm back at my preferred weight and I'm not coming to England to lay down."
