DON KING, RYAN COYNE TO FACE OFF IN COURT ON NOV. 1

A federal court in New York has given Don King Productions a November 1st hearing date to determine King's request for a preliminary injunction that would kill a WBO title fight.  DKP is attempting to block light heavyweight Ryan Coyne, whom King claims to promote, from engaging in any boxing matches "that are not arranged, secured and promoted or consented to by Don King Productions, Inc. during the term of Coyne's exclusive promotional agreement with DKP, including but not limited to a bout scheduled for 11/10/2012 against [WBO champion] Nathan Cleverly in Los Angeles, California." --Scott Shaffer
