Uzbekistan's Azizbek Abdugofurov (13-0, 5 KOs), whose last fight was at light heavyweight, will drop back down to super middleweight with a tough assignment against Pavel Silyagin (16-1 including the World Series of Boxing), this Saturday, March 20th at the Khodynka Ice Palace in Moscow. The main event that night will be a light hevyweight championship bout between Artur Beterbiev and Adam Deines. Silyagin, one of Russia’s strongest prospects, has been more active, defeating Venezuela's Omar Garcia by knockout earlier this year, while Abdugofurov has not fought since August 2019 when he knocked out Russia's Gasan Gasanov in four rounds.
