The Briton was fighting in Inglewood, California and he said after the fight that he had already decided to retire, win or lose, before the bout began. Pointing towards his shorts, Yafai said: "I had it on here 'the last dance', I had it engraved in my shorts. I knew I was coming to the end anyway." Boxingtalk salutes Yafai, who finishes up at 27-2, athough the two losses came in his last three fights, fighting once per year.
