Boxingtalk salutes former champion Mariana “‘Barby” Juárez, who according to the WBC, achieved a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rousier College in Mexico City. The champion is proud of having successfully completed the course with distinction and will now seek a second degree said the WBC. Juarez, age 42, last fought in October and has a 55-11-4 record. She held WBC world titles at 112 and 118 pounds. Boxingtalk joins the WBC in congratulating Mariana Juarez for this achievement.
