Casimero accused of delaying drug testing protocol

With the Nonito Donaire vs. John Riel Casimero (pictured) bantamweight unification fight now less than two monts away, Donaire's wife and co-manager Rachel Donaire is accusing Casimero of failing to sign up for drug testing protocol: "Casimero, Where is your paperwork? If you are already enrolled, where is your latest VADA test?  None. Because you are lying.  Why are you delaying this?  Send the paperwork so I can pay for you already."
