Golden Boy Promotions tweeted that Devin Haney vs. Ryan Garcia is "signed, sealed, delivered for the WBC junior welterweight world title on April 20th." Reports indicate it will be a pay-per-view fight. Haney (pictured) is 31-0 as pro. He was the world lightweight champion but then moved up to junior welterweight in his last fight, defeating two-time champion Regis Prograis for the WBC title. Garcia is 24-1 as a pro. He was stopped by Gervonta "Tank" Davis early in 2023 and rebounded with a decent win over Oscar Duarte.
