Did Isaac Cruz just duck Ryan Garcia?

Ryan Garcia: "Isaac Cruz's manager (Sean Gibbons) [is] making excuse after excuse on why he can’t [fight me]. No mention on how we can figure something out... To all boxers, get this through your head: even when you are first starting, the promoters and managers work for you, they take a percentage out of your purse, and you dictate what happens and what’s best for you. They are supposed to work in your best interest together. Don’t let them rob you."

Gibbons [on a KO Artist Sports video] as to why Cruz wont fight Garcia despite the WBC caling for an eliminator between the two lightweights: "The timing of everything is a big thing. We already has Isaac scheduled to come back in August... I'm not sure what's gonna happen, but when the time is right, a fight like that will happen. The WBC didn't realize both guys were scheduled, so maybe we ask the WBC to table it until after they're both done.. there are possibilities that Issac does a rematch with Gervonta Davis, there's possibilities that Rollie Romero beats Davis."
