Erick Rosa W12 Yudel Reyes... Despite just one fight in over two years, Erick Rosa defeated Yudel Reyes by unanimous decision this weekend in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Rosa, still only 24, had a difficult night moving up from minimumweight to junior flyweight but the former WBA 105-pound regular champion was able to come out with his hand up in his first fight at 108 pounds. The southpaw Rosa, now 7-0, struggled at times due to Reyes' pressure but he was able to pull off the win thanks to his speed and movement. Reyes returns to Mexico with his record at 16 wins and 3 losses.
