A good fight in the deep lightweight division has been booked for March 12th when undefeated Irish southpaw Gary Cully takes the toughest test of his career so far against former IBF champion Miguel Vazquez. The two men will collide on the undercard of the WBA featherweight title fight between Leigh Wood and Michael Conlan at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham, England, live on DAZN. Cully (13-0, 7 KOs) earned two stoppage wins in 2021, defeating Viktor Kotochigov and Viorel Simion. Vazquez (44-10, 17 KOs) bounced back from his controversial defeat to Lewis Ritson with dominant wins over Isai Hernandez and Oliver Flores.
