Split-T Management's junior welterweight Giovanni Marquez will be back in action tonight when he takes on Joshua David Rivera at the Red Owl Boxing Arena in Marquez's hometown of Houston. Marquez is 7-0 with five knockouts. The 22-year old has wins over Nelson Morales (2-0) and Nicky Vittone (9-2-1) and is coming off a second-round stoppage of Donte Strayhorn on October 14th in Rosenberg, Texas. Rivera of Le Mesa, California is 8-3 with three knockouts. The 29 year-old Rivera is coming off a loss to Larry Fryers on April 27th. The bout is part of a DAZN streamed card that begins at 8 PM ET.
