Guido Schramm steps in to face Jesus Ramos Jr.

Mexican junior middleweight Jesus Ramos Jr. will now face Guido Emmanuel Schramm in a ten-round showdown as the chief support on Prime Video on Saturday, March 22nd at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Ramos was originally scheduled to face Kevin Salgado, but Salgado has withdrawn from the fight. The main event on March 22nd will showcase unified WBC / WBO junior middlewight champion Sebastian “The Towering Inferno” Fundora squaring off against Chordale Booker. Additionally, rising middleweight Elijah Garcia will face former U.S. Olympian Terrell Gausha in the ten-round opening bout on Prime Video. The tripleheader will begin at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, with the action streaming exclusively on Prime Video for all Prime members in the United States and select countries. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and fighting out of Los Angeles,  Schramm (16-3-2, 9 KOs) has gone 2-2-1 in his last five outings. He defeated Jonathan Wilson Sanchez by unanimous decision in August of 2022 and then went on to best Jahyae Brown by majority decision in April 2023, before his August 2023 majority draw with Paul Kroll. In November 2023, Schramm lost a majority decision to Johan Gonzalez and was then stopped by Vladimir Hernandez in June 2024. On March 22, Schramm will seek to return to his winning ways but he faces a tough test in Ramos.
