Former 130-pound champion Jamel Herring revealed his future intentions while commenting on a video of former two-division champion Buddy McGirt working the pads with Sergey Kovalev: "I just love seeing my guy Buddy McGirt work. He’s always been an inspiration for someone like me coming out of Long Island [New York], to win a world title just like he did. Now my goal is to win another one to catch up to him and go beyond."
