Jordan Camacho wins in Spain

Jordan Camacho TKO6 Gerson Larios.... On Friday night in Madrid, at the beautiful Gran Casino, Ecuadorian-born Jordan Camacho scored a sixth-round technical knockout of Spain-based Nicaraguan Gerson Larios. It was an entertaining super bantamweight fight after a slow first round, and just when you thought Camacho was taking over, Larios came back with his own attacks to make things interesting. The underdog appeared very determined to cause an upset, and came back strong every time Camacho put pressure on him. But in round five a nasty swelling had developed under the left eye of Larios. He continued to fight back as best he could and finished the round, but when the bell rang for round six he remained on his stool. Camacho, age 25, took his professional record to 8-0, while Larios, age 28, falls to 7-14. The fight was promoted by Tundra Promotions.
