Mexico's Jorge Garcia Perez defeated former U.S. Olympian Charles Conwell via split decision. Perez won the twelve-round junior middleweight battle in which all three judges scored it 115-113, with two voting for Perez and the third for Conwell. Perez is now 33-4 but that could be misleading as three of his losses were by split decision. A 2016 Olympian, Conwell took his first pro loss in this, his twenty-fourth fight (including the World Series of Boxing).
