Takuma Inoue W12 Kazuto Ioka... On Saturday in Tokyo, Takuma Inoue won a unanimous decision to retain his WBC bantamweight bout against Japanese legend Kazuto Ioka. Both men are from legendary boxing families, as Takuma's older brother is the four-division champion and reigning world 122-pound champion Naoya Inoue, while Ioka is the nephew of former flyweight champion Hiroki Ioka. Takuma Inoue produced a dominant display against Kazuto Ioka in Tokyo, retaining his WBC bantamweight title with a clear unanimous decision. According to Japanese media reports, Inoue controlled the contest with speed and precision, scoring two knockdowns during the fight. The first came late in round two, with a sharp combination sending Ioka to the canvas, before a powerful uppercut dropped him again in round three. The judges reflected that dominance with wide scores of 120–106, 119–107, and 118–108 as Inoue outclassed the future Hall of Famer over twelve rounds.
