In Mega-Brawl III, the Team Combat League championship event, New York City Attitude boxers won the last six one-round bouts to lead their team to victory over the Philadelphia Smoke. The final score was 227-226 for New York. The very last bout, between heavyweight veterans Pryce Taylor and Joey Dawejko, went to Taylor by split decision, giving the New York team the narrowest of victories. The New York team was coached by Ryan O'Leary and Benny Roman. This was the third season of Team Combat League, with Philadelphia and New York each winning a prior championship.
