Lawrence ‘The Sauce’ Okolie is booked to defend his WBO world cruiserweight title against Australia's David Light on March 25th at the AO Arena in Manchester, England. Okolie is listed as 18-0 but 20-1 is more accurate given his pro bouts in the World Series of Boxing. He has not fought since February of 2022. Light is 20-0 and is coming off a December win over previosly unbeaten Brandon Glanton. 2021 Olympic bronze medal winner Frazer Clarke (13-0 including the World Series of Boxing) will return to what has been a happy hunting ground in Manchester when he takes on experienced American heavyweight Rydell Booker (27-7-1). The event promoter, Boxxer, reports that Jack Catterall (26-1-0, 13 KOs), who many feel got a bad decision against world champion Josh Taylor last year, will also fight on the card, but no opponent has been identified.
