David Picasso W10 Erik Ruiz... Mexican featherweight David “Rey” Picasso remained undefeated, overcoming the California's Erik Ruiz by unanimous decision on the Munguía vs. Ryder  undercard, which took place at the Footprint Center in Phoenix. The fight was entertaining, with Picasso making his American debut. After a great start from Picasso and Ruiz’s competitive response in the second half of the ten rounder, the judges scored a clear victory of 99-91, 98-92 and 98-92 in favor of Picasso. With this result, he improved his record to 27-0-1 with 15 knockouts while Ruiz left his record at 17-10-1 with 7 knockouts.
