For his part, Barrett comes into the bout with a record of 30 wins, 2 losses and 16 knockouts. Gill, age 29, is coming off a big win over Michael Conlan in December, knocking him out in seven rounds.  The native of Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, will be the headliner on the Matchroom Boxing event. Barrett, 30 years old, comes in with two wins in a row and in good momentum after his 2022 loss to former IBF title holder Shavkatdzhon Rakhimov.
