According to WBFF, the Fox News affiliate in Baltimore, WBA super featherweight champion Gervonta "Tank" Davis has been indicted for his alleged role in a hit-and-run crash in November 2020. The crash happened in Davis' native Baltimore on November 5, 2020, a few days after Davis knocked out Leo Santa Cruz. According to the police report, Davis' vehicle, a black Lamborghini, ran a red light and hit another vehicle, injuring several slightly and causing one hospitalization. Witnesses and surveillance footage identified Davis as the driver who fled the scene of the accident.
