Boxingtalk salutes Sloan Harrison, the long-time Philadelphia trainer who recently passed away. Harrison trained Bernard Hopkins for part of his middleweight championship run. More recently, he worked with Hammerin' Hank Lundy, who reported, "I’m hurt in so many ways right now. My trainer, role model, father figure, friend and mentor has passed away. Man we been in some of the greatest wars in that ring together. All I remember is you saying it ain’t nothing but a dollar party. Damn Sloan who can I call for answers now? R.I.P  Sloan Harrison.
